Q. How do I install my vinyl?

A. Our vinyls are ready-to-install and adhere to the OUTSIDE of your tank. Do NOT install the vinyl on the inside of your tank! Click here for full installation instructions

Q. There is a bubble in my vinyl. What do I do?

A. Simply pierce the bubble with a pin and slowly work the air out using the squeegee.

Q. When will I receive my order?

A. Our products are made-to-order. Typical production time is up to 1 week, and our current shipping option is USPS Priority Mail, 2-3 business days. More shipping options to come.

Q. What is your return policy?

A. Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Currently we ship to the US, as well as Australia, Canada and the UK. If you live outside of those countries you can contact us directly to determine your shipping cost and place your order.

Q. What if I mess up my installation?

A. We provide a complimentary application squeegee and a "test square" with each purchase. We recommend practicing on the "test square" first in order to familiarize yourself with the installation process. You can always contact us at info@aquariumvinyl.com for help with your installation, or use the contact form on our Home page. We are not responsible for any mistakes you make during installation.

Q. Can I use my own photos or artwork as an aquarium background or decal?

A. Yes! We do custom orders. Contact us at info@aquariumvinyl.com for more information, or use our Custom Order Contact Form.

Q. Where do you get your images?

A. We get the images used on our backgrounds from a combination of web-based sources. We purchase the rights to use the images you see on this site, and some are Creative Commons/Free for Public Use. Our tank decals are one-of-a-kind, and they are made by our in-house designers.

Q. Are your products reusable?

A. No, our current products are only meant for one-time use, but they come off completely clean and leave no residue behind.
